Vision Statement

 

 

    God has shown us a life changing and strategic direction in this hour, a new blueprint for the Body of Christ. He is calling Torchlighters International to establish and build up the Body of Christ by prophetically breathing God’s Spirit and presence upon His People. We are sensing that there must be a real break from the old ways of doing things in order to shake spiritually blind people out of their deep sleep. The Lord has dropped the phrase “Link Ministries" into our spirit. He has shown us that we must operate in the pattern of the Apostle Paul.

   The Lord has also been speaking to us, that we are meant to operate as teams rather than upon the hierarchy of old church, where "Pastor or one leader does everything. "God has spoken to us that this old way is not His Will. His strategy and plan for the next great wave of His Spirit involves the linking of  five fold ministers  together,  submitting one to another in love and unity. This will cause a mighty harvest to encompass the earth. 

 

   And further He has spoken that we must develop the concept of team. These are Teams where companies of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers can work in tandem together to carry out God given strategies and goals in

faith. And in this way God's perfect will shall be established  on the Earth. These new wine ministries and churches will  operate in God’s presence daily with more power, direction, and resources. We are led of His Spirit to accomplish the mandate of apostolic and prophetic actions, teaching, preaching, evangelising and conducting counselling and deliverance; whilst birthing men and women of God into a deeper walk with Him. 

  

  This sense of ownership which presently exists among many churches and ministries today causes pride and isolationism in the Body of Christ. This must not be the pattern for these new wine churches and ministries to come, as the only Person who will have ownership of these churches and ministries will be the precious Holy Spirit.

  Link Leaders will exist to confirm direction and gently ensure in love that all things are being done scripturally and in line with God’s purposes, much like Paul was used in establishing the early New Testament Churches, long ago. And this Link Leader will be assigned a designated number of ministries and churches under girding and encouraging each work. God is able to unite us, let us move forward in the great mandate He has given us with joy and thanksgiving, in the days ahead.
